With a career spanning 20-years focused on digital experience, research, design, and data Lisa has built and led successful multi-disciplinary teams that bridge design, psychology, and data analytics to create innovative experiences at the intersection of user need and business value.

Lisa led the global experience design team for NTT DATA, an $8B technology innovation and consulting organization, where Lisa grew the design revenue by 85% and expanded the design team by 80% across 5 countries.

In her current role, Lisa leads Design for Launch by NTT DATA where her team focuses on helping our clients strategize, ship, and scale provocative digital experiences that connect with their customers to drive growth. With a startup mentality and enterprise scale, Launch has become the catalyst to build better, bolder products and experiences.

In addition to her role at Launch, Lisa is adjunct faculty at Rutgers University where she teaches User Experience Design as part of the Master of Business and Science program. She is a frequent speaker, author, and contributor covering a wide range of topics such as innovation, design thinking, design ethics, and experience strategy.
